I know this blog is all about teaching English and today's topic is about teaching trends. However, it's summer and my mind's been elsewhere. Like blog reading and creek swimming and lemonade sipping. You know, important stuff. So I thought that I'd share with you one of my favorite blog writers: Ree Drummond, also known as The Pioneer Woman.

She's an amazing mother, food blogger, and funny writer. Her witty, sarcastic, self-deprecating humor gets me. I read her blog daily and find enjoyment every time I open her blog. And I suppose, since today is all about trends, writing about my current favorite blogger is a bit trendy, no?
